Intelligent real-time pricing; we provide our automated pricing algorithm with an initial set point per month based on our analysis of market data and past booking performance. The algorithm then begins pricing at a percentage above this set point and adjusts the price daily until such time as we find the price that the market is prepared to pay. It also adjusts for local and regional events. This ensures that we are adapting in real time to market forces and means that we are always achieving the maximum price that the market is prepared to pay.

Our guest experience team is available 24/7 to assist with guest messages or emergencies, respond to inquiries as well as arranging services for guests (additional cleans, baby sitters, cots/high chairs, tours, stocking of fridges, organising surprises for special occasions etc.).
We do more than 95% of our check-ins in person. Our concierge team ensures that guests feel welcome, understand all the features of the property and provide advice on activities, restaurants and tours in the area. Concierges use our mobile app to complete pre-checks, scan keys to guests and report any issues.

Our property management team is the primary point of contact for property owners. Your property manager is also responsible for coordinating maintenance and maximizing booking performance.
